Rogers Healy created its Licensing Launch Program early last year as a way to help people break into the industry or make a career transition. The new announcement is a big expansion of the program. According to the company’s announcement of the program’s renewal in December, 43 new agents had been recruited into the company since the program’s launch. At the time, the company said it aimed to award at least 20 licenses each month in 2022 under the program. Currently, Rogers Healy says it has nearly 430 real estate agents.

“Not only do we have the opportunity to invest in their success, but we can also watch them grow and prosper as real estate agents afterward,” Natalie Magness, talent coordinator at Rodgers Healy, said in a statement. .

Expansion of rural “Lands and Lakes”

Rogers Healy and Associates was founded in 2006 and is one of a number of businesses under the Rogers Healy Companies, including others that focus on property management, relocation services and commercial real estate.

The company has grown rapidly throughout the pandemic. Between 2020 and last year, it said it increased the size of its agents by more than 50%. And in 2021, the company averaged more than $100 million in sales per month, according to D Magazine.

Last month, the company entered the rural real estate space with the launch of RHA Land and Lake, which it says should have more than $50 million under contract by spring. Healy told the Dallas Business Journal he hopes to have 100 dedicated agents in the division by the summer.

“I know we’ll soon see a huge boom in interest (for RHA Land and Lake),” Healy said last month.
